1:600 Swiftsure. Changes from earlier Crown Colony class included suppressing "X" turret for an extra twin 4", heavy light AA armament, and shipping the pom-poms in 4 quads as opposed to 2 octuples - greatly increasing the arcs covered by them. Modern Mk.IV HA directors were carried, as was a modern RDF fit © Andrew Arthur

A further development on the Crown Colony design, incorporating war modifications. Superb was completed to a slightly different design as the only ship of the second group of the class.
