This class was, as before, the same as all the others.
Later, radar and HF/DF was fitted, and Y mount was replaced by more depth-charges, In Fame, A gun was replaced by an A/S "hedgehog", but the hedgehog was re-replaced by a 4.7" gun in 1945.
