* - Flotilla Leader

1:600 "C" class. An unusual feature was that the bridge atop wheelhouse and the directors atop chart/wireless room structures were not joined. Also, the designed 3" AA gun, which had no real fire arc between the funnels, was soon replaced by two sided pom-poms. © Andrew Arthur.

Larger "B" class, to secure a wider radius of action and include a 3" AA gun in the armament ( subsequentely removed ). More ower was thus installed than before, and so was asdic and a rack for 6 (!) DC's, because destroyer sweeps were also carried.
The whole small class was trasferred to the RCN in 1936, and therefore modifications after that are outwith this site.
