1:600 "U" class. The light, low
lattice mast was an innovation, together with the SW RDF
set at the head of it. They were the last RN destroyers
to ship seperate HA and LA DCT's for their main armament.

These "S" class repeats were 60 tons overweight, and
all except Grenville and Ulster carried a light
lattice foremast, and theses two later shipped these, albeight of
the older, taller type. All had SW type 276 and AW type 291 were
shipped on all foremasts. The twin Bofors gun had it's own type
282 AR RDF. See below for different light AA fits.
